Strategy
- Support application of RTA's approved Future Foresight Framework across corporate planning cycles and prepare scanning inputs and background material for foresight rounds.
- Maintain the alignment register connecting foresight outputs to D33, Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040, UAE Centennial 2071, Dubai Future Foresight Strategy, and RTA strategic goals.
- Coordinate periodic reviews of Section activities and KPIs to support compliance with DGEP and Future Readiness Index requirements.
- Prepare foresight briefs and trend summaries requested during strategic and annual planning cycles.
Operations
- Collect and screen signals from approved local, regional, and global sources, and log relevant entries with source and assumption traceability.
- Maintain the trend, driver, and weak-signal repository, classifying and clustering records against RTA strategic themes and updating them each scanning cycle.
- Prepare scenario inputs, comparison tables, and supporting analysis for workshops, and document outcomes.
- Maintain foresight templates, checklists, and quick-reference guides and support internal users applying them.
- Administer Section meetings, minutes, correspondence, workshop logistics, and stakeholder inputs in accordance with RTA regulations and standards.
Education
- A bachelor's or master's degree in strategic foresight or futures studies, public policy, strategic management, economics, or data science/analytics.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience with a master's degree, or at least 5 years with a bachelor's degree.
