As CNTXT AI continues its rapid growth across AI infrastructure, data services, robotics, voice AI, and enterprise AI applications, we are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to help drive strategic execution and organizational scale.

About the Role

The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor, operator, and execution partner to the CEO.

This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of CNTXT AI strategic priorities while improving organizational alignment, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines the analytical rigor of a consultant, the operational excellence of a business operator, and the execution capabilities of a startup leader.

You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives, establish operational discipline, and accelerate growth.

This is not an administrative role.

It is a high-impact leadership position designed for someone who can operate across strategy, operations, finance, partnerships, product, AI, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Partner to the CEO
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO.
  • Support strategic decision-making through research, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO across critical initiatives.
  • Ensure key priorities receive appropriate focus and execution.
  • Prepare executive briefings, leadership communications, board materials, and investor presentations.
  • Help drive accountability across the leadership team.

Corporate Strategy & Business Planning

  • Partner with leadership to define company strategy and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead annual operating planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and manage company-wide OKRs and performance frameworks.
  • Monitor strategic initiatives and ensure progress against goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis.
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and new business initiatives.

Strategic Program Management

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Coordinate projects involving:
  • AI Products
  • Data Operations
  • Robotics
  • Voice AI
  • Enterprise Solutions

• Growth & Marketing

  • Establish governance frameworks for major company initiatives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.

Business Operations & Organizational Excellence

  • Design and improve company-wide operating systems and business processes.
  • Drive operational excellence across departments.
  • Implement scalable management frameworks to support growth.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Executive Reporting & Analytics

  • Build executive-level reporting systems across:
  • Revenue
  • Product
  • Growth
  • Operations
  • Talent
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop board-ready reports and presentations.
  • Ensure leadership has visibility into company performance and risks.

Organizational Development & Leadership Enablement

  • Support organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Work with leadership on:
  • Organizational structure
  • Leadership effectiveness
  • Succession planning
  • Performance management
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and strategic workshops.
  • Drive initiatives that improve alignment, accountability, and execution.

Partnerships, Investors & External Stakeholders

  • Support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Assist with investor relations and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare materials for investors, partners, and government stakeholders.
  • Represent the Executive Office in meetings and engagements when required.

Special Projects

  • Lead high-priority CEO-sponsored initiatives such as:
  • Market expansion strategies
  • New product launches
  • M&A evaluations
  • Organizational transformation projects
  • Strategic partnerships
  • AI ecosystem initiatives
  • Government and enterprise opportunities

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in:
  • Management Consulting
  • Strategy
  • Business Operations
  • Corporate Development
  • Program Management
  • Chief of Staff roles
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives, founders, or boards.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and organizational scaling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex cross-functional initiatives.
