Our client is a global leading digital finance company.
We are hiring an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company's global marketing strategy and drive the next phase of business growth.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for strengthening brand leadership, accelerating customer growth, and building a high-performing global marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall market growth across international markets.
- Strengthen brand positioning and market differentiation through impactful campaigns, partnerships, and communications.
- Lead performance marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and data-driven growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Regional leaders to support business expansion and go-to-market execution.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing team with strong accountability and execution excellence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of marketing leadership experience within technology, fintech, internet platforms, financial services, or other high-growth industries.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through brand, growth, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Experience leading global or multi-regional marketing organizations at scale.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into marketing outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, digital platforms, or related sectors is highly preferred.
