Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive responsible for defining and executing the Group’s global financial strategy. This role is critical in ensuring financial stability, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across multiple international markets.

The CFO will act as a strategic partner, overseeing all financial functions, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate finance, while supporting the company’s expansion, transformation, and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a strategic advisor on financial planning and business growth

Financial Operations & Governance

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting function across all legal entities
• Oversee accounting, reporting, tax, and audit functions across multiple jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
• Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to senior leadership
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures

Financial Management & Control

• Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk effectively
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability improvements
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of financial resources

Audit & Compliance

• Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions

Strategic Business Partnering

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership team
• Support key business decisions through financial analysis and scenario planning

Systems & Process Optimization

• Optimize and enhance ERP and financial systems to improve efficiency and reporting
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial processes

Transformation & Change Management

• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, including system implementations, process improvements, and organizational development
• Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance function
• Support broader business transformation initiatives across the region

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional finance team
• Establish clear structures, roles, and succession plans across the function
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with company values
• Develop talent and capabilities to support future growth

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leadership role in an international organization
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business performance
• Experience managing multi-country operations, ideally across the Middle East region
• Deep understanding of financial planning, reporting, and governance within a complex, international business
• Demonstrated track record of driving transformation, improving processes, and delivering measurable business impact
• Experience operating within a matrix organization and working with global teams
• Strong leadership skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
