Job Description

• Lead and manage the full end to end finance function.
• Strategic finance leadership.
• Oversee a large finance team across multiple regions.
• Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial health.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including audits and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and drive business growth.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies to support organisational objectives.
• Lead change management across the function.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.
• Proven expertise as a CFO.
• Experience managing a large team.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
• MUST HAVE manufacturing experience.

What's on Offer

There is a competitive package of between 70,000 AED - 80,000 AED monthly + Benefits with flexibility depending on experience.
