- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all construction projects.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and construction industry requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost-control systems to optimize project margins.
- Support project managers with financial analysis, cost tracking, and contract billing.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance.
