Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of our organization in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, with expertise in financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the bank’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian banking regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
- Lead financial risk management, including liquidity, credit, and market risk assessments.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance and operational efficiency across departments.
- Manage investor relations, funding strategies, and capital structure optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives**.**
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree **in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field** (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred).
- **5+ years of experience** in senior financial roles within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge **of banking regulations, financial reporting standards, and risk management**.
- **Proven** leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent **analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.**
- Experience with **financial software, ERP systems, and advanced reporting tools**.
