Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service information.
- Promote company services and generate sales through telesales activities.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer care, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills are mandatory.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
