Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
- Support senior management with financial planning and business decision-making.
