The **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of Ali Al Mulla Group, which operates multiple brands across diverse business segments.
The **CFO** will provide strategic financial leadership, working closely with the Chairman, CEO, and senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the group’s growth and long-term objectives.
This is a senior leadership role based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the group’s overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across all brands and business units.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple brands and companies within the group.
- Manage finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making, expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial controls, risk management strategies, and corporate governance processes.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment, strategies, and capital structure decisions.
- Oversee cash flow management, investments, and capital structure decisions across multiple businesses.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the Chairman and CEO.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- **Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required**. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum **8 years of senior financial leadership experience** in the UAE, preferably managing multiple brands or businesses within a group.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple brands, sectors, or regions.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
