Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and business performance while supporting executive decision-making and long-term organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Lead accounting, finance, and treasury operations
- Manage banking relationships, investments, and financial risk assessments
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Support business expansion, investment planning, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 8–15 years of senior finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, compliance, and UAE regulations
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Preferred Candidate
- Open to all nationalities
- Experience in retail, luxury, FMCG, or multi-business operations is an advantage
