- Finance & Administration Professional | Group-Level Expertise | Shared Services
- Senior / Accounting Supervisor to oversee the financial and administrative operations of multiple companies under a holding group structure.
- The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of solid experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance, preferably within a shared services environment.
- General Accounting , Admin and Financial Duties
- Payroll and other related admin duties
- Aware about ZATCA ( Zakat, Tax and Custom) Related Reports, Transactions and KSA VAT
- Examine account and system-related reports of the organization to make accurate assessments.
- Assist with monthly closings procedures. - Assist with tax computations & returns.
- Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.
- Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Ensure arrant guidance and regulation by implementing financial policies in every facet of the company's fiscal activities.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
- 🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations for 3+ companies under the group.
- Lead monthly and yearly closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Supervise cash flow management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and coordinate with external auditors.
- Handle intercompany transactions and consolidated financial reporting.
- Improve internal controls and streamline financial processes.
- Support the CFO with executive-level MIS and financial insights.
- Work with ERP systems (preferably Dynamics AX / D365).
- ✅ Requirements:
- Accounting/Finance degree
- 7+ years of experience in finance, including group-level or shared services roles.
- knowledge of IFRS and financial systems.
- Perfer experience with ERP platforms (especially Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365).
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
- Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
- A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
- Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
- Hands-on experience in handling ERP Apps, MS Dynamics, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with accounting software and data entry
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
