We are looking for a dynamic and dependable HR & Administration Officer to join our team in Qatar.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can effectively manage office operations, support HR functions, and represent the company in dealings with government authorities and private sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities
β Manage daily HR and administrative operations.
β Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
β Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
β Coordinate and process company-related transactions with government entities and external service providers.
β Liaise with ministries, banks, municipalities, utility providers, and other public and private organizations.
β Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
β Provide administrative support to management and assist in office operations.
Requirements
β Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
β Strong knowledge of HR practices, administration, and government procedures in Qatar.
β Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) β Mandatory.
β Ability to communicate professionally with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
β Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
β Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
