About This Role
Responsibilities
1.
Develop and execute a business plan to grow the company’s sales channels, focusing on expanding local and international customer bases, including Asia, Europe, and Africa.
2.
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key brokers, agents, and potential clients to increase sales reach and generate leads.
3.
Actively promote the company’s projects through social networks and other platforms to create a strong, positive brand presence.
4.
Coordinate and participate in local and international exhibitions, roadshows, and events to showcase the company’s projects and generate interest.
5.
Oversee brokers’ efforts to maximize lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and targeted outreach.
6.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, track industry trends, and provide valuable insights for business strategies.
7.
Develop high-quality presentations and sales materials, tailoring content to different customer segments and regions.
8.
Produce regular reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts, to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
1.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property consulting, sales, or business development, ideally within real estate or tourism.
3.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
4.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
5.
Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
6.
Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently and within a team.
7.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
