Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Deal with investors and M&A projects.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and executive teams.
- Group consolidation will play a large part in this role.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes effectively.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful CFO should have:
- A professional finance qualification, ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA
- MUST speak Arabic.
- Proven experience in financial leadership within the business services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on strategic decision-making.
