Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead our financial operations and support the company’s growth and expansion.
The CFO will play a key role in financial planning, risk management, and decision-making, ensuring strong financial performance and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management systems
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and growth
- Support business expansion, investments, and potential partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably within service-based or facilities management industries
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and compliance
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent certification
- Experience in a fast-growing or multi-branch service company
- Strong understanding of operational finance and cost control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED59,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
