Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team.
In this role, you will leverage your foundational management consulting skills and experience in business transformation and process excellence to help our clients achieve significant improvements in operational efficiency, enhance business performance, and drive sustainable growth.
You will contribute to project delivery, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to analyze current state processes, identify areas for improvement, design future state processes, and support the implementation of changes.

Key Responsibilities
:
• Project Delivery & Execution
- o Contribute to the successful execution of business transformation and process excellence projects.
- o Support the development of project plans, track progress, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
- o Conducting in-depth analysis of client data and business processes to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations
- o Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- **Process Analysis & Improvement:**
- o Participate in the current ("as-is") vs. future ("to-be") business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- o Support workforce transformation and systems integration efforts.
- o Assist with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis activities.
- o Support the development of future state process designs that are optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- o Contribute to the development of process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- o Develop future state process flows that are streamlined, efficient, and effective.
- o Incorporate Lean principles (e.g., eliminate waste, reduce cycle time) and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., reduce variation, improve process capability) in process design
- **Client Engagement & Communication**
- :
- o Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis to gather information, validate findings, and provide support.
- o Assist in facilitating client workshops and meetings.
- o Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- o Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- o Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Change Management Support:**
- o Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- o Support communication efforts to inform stakeholders about transformation initiatives.
- o Help to provide training and support to employees to help them adapt to new processes.
- **Knowledge Development & Sharing**
- :
- o Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement and business transformation.
- o Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets, such as methodologies, tools, and templates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field required.
- Experience:
- o 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a management consulting environment.
- o Experience with business transformation, process improvement, or related projects.
- o Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
- o Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- o Experience contributing to the development of RFP’s.
- Skills:
- o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Good project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management.
- o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- o Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
- o Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
