We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Category Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category management strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract agreements
- Monitor category performance and develop action plans to achieve business targets
- Optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Prepare category forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and category innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in category management, procurement, merchandising, or commercial management
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Experience with supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
