Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sharjah, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
The Business Excellence Manager will lead initiatives to improve business processes, enhance operational performance, and embed best practices across the organization.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and designing standardized processes and frameworks.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, managing improvement projects, and monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
The Business Excellence Manager will also prepare reports and presentations for leadership, support change management activities, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong business process skills, including experience in Business Process and Business Process Improvement.
- Expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence, with a track record of implementing best practices.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting data, and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, with proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing priorities effectively and driving results with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools) and familiarity with performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience in corporate or multi-business group settings in the UAE or GCC region is beneficial.
