Role Description

The Business Excellence Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring business excellence frameworks to improve processes and overall performance.

Day-to-day tasks include assessing current operations, identifying improvement opportunities, leading process review workshops, and developing standard operating procedures.

The Business Excellence Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives, track key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The role also involves preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, supporting change management activities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process design and mapping.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, performance measurement, and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in business process transformation, continuous improvement, or business excellence roles, ideally in a corporate or multi-business environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in using process mapping tools and data analysis software; solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business needs.
