Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel category strategies.
- Manage P&L, optimize margins, and drive revenue/profitability targets.
- Oversee product lifecycles, Private Label expansion, and planogram design to enhance the shopper journey.
- Build high-impact partnerships through Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and expert negotiations.
- Conduct competitor analysis and deep-dive into customer trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in Category Management within the Retail sector (FMCG or Pharmacy backgrounds highly preferred).
- Mastery of the 4Ps, strong financial acumen (P&L ownership), and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
