Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier cum Admin to manage daily cash transactions and support administrative operations in a car showroom.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial handling while maintaining smooth office coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving and counting money, using electronic devices, cash registers and related equipment.
  • Calculate and reconcile the totals at the end of the shift Your job responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to drivers/customers.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Greet customers entering establishments.
  • Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies. Assure high standards of housekeeping and adherence to work wear policies
  • Ensure timely and full completion of all supporting documentation.
  • Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions
  • Assure all Company security procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Ensure a full audit trail is maintained for values transferred to and from the area
  • Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
  • Verify discrepancy claims paperwork and supporting documentation
  • Verify unclimbable losses and investigate potential causes
  • Assure the area is kept clean and free of hazards and Health & Safety issues are reported

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a cashier cum admin or similar role in UAE
  • Experience in an automotive showroom or dealership
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour

Experience

  • cashier cum admin : 1 year (Preferred)
  • automotive showroom : 1 year (Preferred)
