Risk and Compliance Manager
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our organization’s compliance framework and risk management practices. The role will ensure regulatory adherence, mitigate operational risks, and safeguard the company’s reputation across all business verticals.
Experience: 5 to 8 years (UAE)
Work Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational & Business Compliance
Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures across all business units.
Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and internal governance standards.
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
2. Risk Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across group entities.
Oversee entity-level security and operational risk controls.
Establish risk management frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
3. Information Disclosure & Security Risk
Monitor and manage risks related to information disclosure and data protection.
Ensure proper handling of sensitive business and customer information.
Work closely with IT and legal teams on data security policies.
4. Brand & Reputation Risk Management
Identify potential risks impacting brand image and corporate reputation
Develop mitigation strategies and crisis response plans.
Support leadership in maintaining strong corporate governance and ethical practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or governance roles.
Experience in automotive, mobility, or multi-business group environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
