Cashier cum Accountant

About This Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier Cum Accountant to join our showroom team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in both cash handling and basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial transactions and proper record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.
• Receive payments by cash, card, or other payment methods and issue receipts.
• Maintain and reconcile daily cash balance.
• Record financial transactions and update accounting records.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support the accounts team with bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in accounting software.
• Coordinate with management regarding cash flow and financial records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cashiering and accounting roles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working in retail or showroom environment.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
