Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Cashier Cum Accountant** to join our showroom team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both **cash handling and basic accounting tasks**, ensuring accurate financial transactions and proper record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.
- Receive payments by cash, card, or other payment methods and issue receipts.
- Maintain and reconcile daily cash balance.
- Record financial transactions and update accounting records.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support the accounts team with bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in accounting software.
- Coordinate with management regarding cash flow and financial records.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in cashiering and accounting roles.
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel and accounting software**.
- Strong **cash handling and reconciliation skills**.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in **retail or showroom environment**.
- Familiarity with **ERP or accounting systems**.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
