Overview

We are a French company based in Dubai looking to urgently hire a **Carpentry Installer**.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret, and work from approved blueprints, layouts, and technical instructions
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials to exact specifications
  • Install custom furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, and wooden fixtures. Fit doors, locks, and replace door hinges and hardware. Execute interior finishing tasks, including the installation of skirting, decorative wall / ceiling mouldings, and wall panels. Lay and repair laminate and wood flooring
  • Inspect elements for defects, apply finishing touches (sanding and staining), and ensure high-quality, precise installation
  • Use hand and power tools safely, maintain a clean workspace, and manage materials responsibly
  • Collaborate with designers or supervisors to meet design and quality standards

Requirements and skills

  • **Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a Carpenter or Joinery Installer, preferably in residential or fit-out projects**
  • **Strong working knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and interior finishing**
  • **Proficient in using carpentry tools and machinery safely.**
  • **High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues.**
  • **Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials.**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
