Role Description
The Capacity Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site presence at the clinics and some work-from-home flexibility.
This role is responsible for analyzing patient flow, chair utilization, and appointment scheduling to ensure optimal use of clinical and laboratory capacity.
Day-to-day activities include monitoring operational metrics, forecasting demand, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to balance resources and staffing with patient needs.
The Capacity Manager will collaborate on process improvements, support project initiatives related to expansion or service changes, and prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
The role also involves aligning capacity plans with service quality goals and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the multi-specialty clinics.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Capacity Planning and Capacity Management to optimize clinic and laboratory resources.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to support efficient workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead or support capacity-related initiatives and process improvements.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, dentistry, or clinical operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, scheduling systems, and basic analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
