Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, including partnerships, referral networks, and corporate client relationships to increase patient volumes and revenue.
Day-to-day tasks include market research, outreach to potential partners, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations and contract discussions.
The manager will collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans, track performance metrics, and refine initiatives based on data and feedback.
The role also involves coordinating marketing and promotional activities, attending relevant industry events, and ensuring that business development efforts align with the clinic’s brand and patient care standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within healthcare or service-based industries.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, stakeholder management, and networking with corporate clients and partners.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Competence in preparing proposals, presentations, and business cases using standard office and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage part-time hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or business development are beneficial.
- Familiarity with the UAE healthcare market or dental services sector is a plus.
