Role Description
The Alliance Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work at VIP Dental Clinic locations and some work-from-home flexibility.
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances with healthcare providers, corporate partners, and community organizations to expand the clinic’s network and services.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, evaluating partnership opportunities, preparing proposal materials, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
The Alliance Manager will work closely with clinic leadership to align partnership activities with business goals, track the performance of existing alliances, and recommend improvements.
The role also involves maintaining clear communication with partners, organizing joint initiatives, and ensuring partnership commitments are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances to identify, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
- Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning to support long-term growth and clinic expansion initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting proposals, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Background in healthcare, dental services, or related industries is an advantage, with understanding of local Dubai market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office software and collaboration tools; strong analytical and reporting skills.
