Role overview
Campaign Manager on Clio's Enterprise Demand Generation Marketing Team, planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue.
Owns campaign briefs, timelines, dependencies, and post-campaign readouts, ensuring a coherent story across channels.
New role; candidates may be based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary.
Campaign planning and delivery
- Write briefs covering audience, insight, objective, message, channel mix, success measures, and timeline; align demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales before work starts.
- Run campaigns across paid media, email, web, content, events, webinars, partner channels, and sales outreach.
- Manage calendars, dependencies, trade-offs, launch readiness, and campaign execution in Asana, including intake, briefs, tickets, tracking, and status reports.
- Coordinate Content, Design, Product Marketing, PR, Sales, and Marketing Operations; keep messaging consistent and challenge ineffective creative or copy.
- Run campaign kickoffs, weekly channel-owner stand-ups, readiness checks, and retrospectives.
AI, sales, and performance
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows for brief drafting, copy variants, ticket generation, QA checks, and retrospective synthesis; share and improve effective workflows.
- Provide sales with campaign context, talk tracks, follow-up guidance, and target lists alongside campaign launches.
- Report against brief-defined measures, connect launches to results and closed revenue where attribution allows, and identify channels and messages driving qualified pipeline.
- Write retrospectives for major campaigns and ensure lessons inform subsequent campaigns.
- Track campaign budgets and work with the Marketing Specialist on purchase orders, vendor agreements, and invoice reconciliation.
Candidate profile
- Three to five years of integrated or campaign marketing experience in B2B, ideally with enterprise or considered-purchase audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaigns from brief through post-campaign analysis; strong project-management discipline across teams.
- Editorial judgment, campaign analytics and funnel-reporting ability, clear communication, and influence with peers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing both ABM and broad-reach demand generation, plus demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate or automate marketing work.
Preferred experience
- B2B SaaS or technology marketing; enterprise or long-sales-cycle campaign experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience building campaign-planning infrastructure such as templates, calendars, or retrospective processes.
Workplace
- Hybrid work environment; local employees in Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, and other listed cities are expected to work in office at least twice per week.
Compensation and benefits
- OTE range is CAD 98,200 to CAD 133,000, consisting of base salary plus variable compensation at 100% attainment; variable compensation is not guaranteed.
- Placement depends on geography, experience, and skillset. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible time off, counseling support, and retirement contributions.
