Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in construction camp management
- Experience handling labor accommodation, transportation, and camp operations
- Knowledge of UAE labor camp rules and HSE requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage manpower records, attendance, maintenance, and camp discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Description
- Supervise daily camp activities and housekeeping
- Coordinate transport and accommodation arrangements
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
- Handle worker issues and coordinate with HR/Admin departments
- Maintain camp inventory and records
Experience
- Camp Boss: 3 years (Preferred)
