About This Role
Work Location - **Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE**
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Camp Boss to manage accommodation and daily camp operations for **approximately 200 employees in Mussafah**, Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and experience handling workforce accommodation facilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth functioning of the accommodation facility.
- Manage accommodation allocation for approximately 200 employees.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and safety standards within the camp premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and transport teams.
- Handle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Maintain camp records, occupancy reports, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and UAE labor standards.
- Coordinate with HR and administration departments regarding employee accommodation matters.
- Monitor utility usage and support cost-control measures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as **Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor** in the UAE.
- Ability to manage large workforce accommodations efficiently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- **Languages Required: Hindi & English.**
- Good personality and professional attitude.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
- **Must be currently available in the UAE**.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
