Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Camp Administration Lead (Camp Boss).
The Camp Boss will oversee the effective management and day-to-day operations of company-provided accommodation facilities.
Responsibilities
include managing staff accommodation allocation, ensuring facility cleanliness and maintenance, monitoring security and safety protocols, addressing and resolving employee queries and concerns related to housing, and ensuring compliance with local housing and safety regulations.
The Camp Boss will also oversee inventory management and coordinate with external service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including experience in overseeing accommodation facilities and inventory management
- Knowledge of safety regulations, security management, and maintenance for housing facilities
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and manage staff effectively
- Understanding of local housing regulations in the UAE and the ability to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and administrative tools
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a camp or staff accommodation setting
- Ability to work onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
