Job Summary

Camp Management

• Supervise daily camp operations and ensure proper accommodation arrangements for employees.
• Maintain camp cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and discipline standards.
• Coordinate room allocation, transportation, and maintenance requirements.
• Handle employee complaints and resolve camp-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE regulations.

Store & Inventory Management

• Manage camp and site-related store materials and consumables.
• Maintain proper stock records, issue materials, and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material requests.
• Conduct regular stock inspections and maintain accurate documentation.

Staff Coordination

• Supervise camp attendants, cleaners, cooks, drivers, and support staff.
• Coordinate with HR and operations departments regarding manpower movements and accommodation requirements.
• Monitor attendance and report any disciplinary or operational issues.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily and monthly camp reports.
• Maintain records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and store inventory.
• Ensure utility usage is monitored and controlled effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in a contracting/construction company.
• Experience in camp administration and store/inventory management.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle workers from different nationalities.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, reporting).
• Knowledge of health, safety, and camp regulations is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
