We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Spray Painter** to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying high-quality spray finishes to metal, aluminum, steel, wood, and other materials.
The role requires expertise in spray painting techniques, surface preparation, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paints, coatings, and finishing materials according to specifications.
- Apply paint, powder coating, primers, and protective finishes using spray equipment.
- Perform painting works on aluminum, steel, metal structures, architectural products, and fabricated components.
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure smooth, uniform, and defect-free coating.
- Carry out touch-ups, repairs, and repainting as required.
- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, paint booths, and related equipment.
- Monitor paint consumption and ensure efficient use of materials.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and UAE safety standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors.
& Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and coating applications.
- Experience with airless spray systems, conventional spray guns, and powder coating processes.
- Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality finishes.
- Knowledge of different paint types, primers, sealers, and protective coatings.
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to paint handling and spray equipment.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Spray Painter.
- Experience in aluminum, metal fabrication, steel structures, furniture, or industrial painting preferred.
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in architectural metal, aluminum, and steel finishing works.
- Strong understanding of finishing standards and quality requirements.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
