Camp Boss role in the construction or contracting industry, based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise company accommodation and camp facilities; ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Coordinate room allocation and maintain accommodation records; monitor camp operations and resolve employee accommodation issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain occupancy, inventory, and camp-expense records; address workers’ concerns with HR/Admin support.
- Inspect the camp regularly and report issues to management.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor.
- Construction or contracting industry experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of camp management and worker accommodation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage a large workforce and multiple responsibilities.
- UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
