The ideal candidates should handle patient communication professionally, manage inquiries efficiently, and ensure excellent customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily call centre operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure service quality standards.
- Train and guide call centre agents for effective communication and lead handling.
- Prepare performance reports and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and patient satisfaction.
