We’re looking for a Call Centre Executive focused on lead generation to help drive inquiries, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Qualify inquiries and schedule showroom visits or call-backs
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Meet daily/weekly targets for outreach and conversions

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar call centre or telesales role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
