Call Centre Agent
to handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- 📞 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- 🤝 Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and service issues
- 🧩 Provide accurate information about products and services
- 🔍 Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- 📊 Record call details and update CRM or ticketing systems
- 📣 Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
- 🔄 Follow up with customers to ensure resolution
- 📚 Follow call scripts and service guidelines while maintaining quality
- ⏱️ Meet daily call targets and service performance KPIs
