Role
Full-time, on-site Call Centre Agent role in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide product and service information.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, enter data into computer systems, and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications
- Customer service representative experience and customer support proficiency.
- Strong customer satisfaction focus, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, or other Indian languages are a plus; automotive experience is beneficial.
