Full-time, on-site Bodyshop Manager role based in Doha, Qatar.
Oversees daily bodyshop operations and repair and refinishing quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage bodyshop staff, allocate workloads, and monitor productivity.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate vehicle throughput and repair timelines with service advisors, workshops, and aftersales teams.
- Manage parts and materials, control costs, and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Oversee repair quality, resolve customer concerns, and improve processes and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-satisfaction focus and ability to handle expectations and concerns professionally.
- Proven workshop and bodyshop management experience, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Effective communication and coordination with teams, partners, and customers.
- Knowledge of aftersales service processes, parts coordination, and warranty procedures.
- Experience in automotive body repair, refinishing, and related technical processes.
- Leadership skills including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to analyze operational performance, manage budgets, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency with workshop management systems and basic office software.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in automotive repair or bodyshop management; a related diploma or degree is an advantage.
- Similar supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry; GCC experience is ideal.
