Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into long-term customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Future Health’s services
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries
Clearly explain product offerings, benefits, and pricing to potential clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
