Overview

  • **Position: Call center agent (motor Insurance)**
  • **Location: Dubai**
  • **Salary- 4500**
  • **Type: Outsource**
  • **Contract- 6 Months (Temp role)**

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
  • Meet defined service quality, productivity, and response KPIs
  • Support customers with basic troubleshooting and service guidance
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/customer service systems
  • Arabic speaking candidates preferred (if applicable)
