• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems to log and manage customer interactions efficiently
• Capable of assessing customer needs and proposing appropriate service solutions
• Essential for handling difficult conversations and ensuring positive experiences, even in challenging scenarios

• Saudi nationals with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive aftersales – preferably with hands-on knowledge of automotive service processes and familiarity with common service issues
• English & Arabic language - Proficiency level
