The Sales Executive – Used Cars (CPOV) is responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement, effective lead conversion, and delivery of a high-quality customer experience.
The role supports revenue generation through value-added services while ensuring compliance with company policies and CPOV standards.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, customer engagement, and deal closure.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery and post-sale follow-up.

- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives aligned with CPOV standards.

- Maximize lead conversion through consultative selling and negotiation techniques.

- Promote value-added services (insurance, warranty, accessories) to enhance revenue.

- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for all transactions.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vehicle readiness and availability.

- Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, CSI, test drive ratio) and drive continuous improvement.
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Professional Certifications
Not mandatory
Experience
2–5 years in automotive sales, preferably used cars / CPOV
Essential Job Pre-Requisites
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing capability
- Good understanding of used-car market dynamics
