Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Sales Representative to join our aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in medical clinics, preferably in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetic treatments, or cosmetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online advertisements.
- Explain plastic surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic treatment services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Contact previous and new leads regularly.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable consultations or treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, and the clinic management team.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after appointments.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally and confidentially.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, aesthetic clinic, dermatology center, or plastic surgery clinic is required.
- Good knowledge of aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery procedures.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients from different nationalities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, social media platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred
