We are looking for **Call Center Agent in Aesthetic**.
The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, handle appointments, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and premium patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about aesthetic services, treatments, and promotions.
- Schedule and manage client bookings using the clinic’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with medical and front-desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support customer retention.
- Manage WhatsApp/online inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer service consistent with clinic standards.
Requirements
- **1–2 years** of call center or customer service experience (preferably in beauty/aesthetics/medical).
- **Arabic speaker** is mandatory; strong English communication is a plus.
- Must have **own visa (self-sponsored)**.
- Professional phone etiquette and a **customer-first approach**.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems** and booking platforms.
- Ability to **multitask** in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, organized, and **detail-oriented**.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a **beauty clinic, aesthetic center**.
- Knowledge of common aesthetic treatments (e.g., **laser, facials, fillers, skincare**).
- Experience in **sales or lead conversion**.
