About This Role

Overview

Call Center Agent – Real Estate & Client Relations

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and highly organized Call Center Agent to join our growing luxury real estate and property transformation team in Dubai.

The role focuses on handling client communication, qualifying leads, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining excellent client experience throughout the sales journey.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client inquiries professionally via calls and WhatsApp
  • Conduct outbound calls to generated leads and database clients
  • Qualify buyers, investors, and property inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and property viewings for brokers and consultants
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain communication flow
  • Update CRM system and maintain accurate client records
  • Coordinate internally with sales, design, and operations teams
  • Maintain professional and luxury-level client communication standards
  • Support lead generation campaigns and sales activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in call center, telesales, customer service, or real estate preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Professional phone etiquette and confidence speaking with clients
  • Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under targets and follow-up systems
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business
  • Dubai real estate knowledge is a plus
