Key responsibilities
- Manage daily food preparation, serving lines, portion control, and display aesthetics to ensure fast, efficient service.
- Design menus, calculate food costs, manage inventory, and order ingredients while minimizing food waste.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff, servers, and cashiers; support productivity and morale.
- Enforce food-safety standards, hygiene practices, and local health regulations, including applicable HACCP and municipality guidelines.
- Handle daily cash reconciliation, POS reports, and vendor invoices, and manage the facility’s operating budget.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 2,500–3,000 per month.

- The role is full-time.
Work location
- Work is in person in Doha.
Requirements
- The role entails managerial responsibility for cafeteria operations, staff, menu planning, inventory, compliance, and operating finances.
