The job location is Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and smooth service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate café team members.
- Maintain customer service and guest satisfaction standards.
- Monitor sales performance and take action to achieve targets.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- Control inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
- Support employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic understanding of sales, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work setting
- Café operations require working at the café location in Abu Dhabi.
