As part of our Cabin Crew, you’ll represent Etihad around the world, deliver extraordinary guest experiences and help keep every journey safe.

You’ll also have a clear opportunity to develop your career towards becoming a Cabin Senior.

You’ll work as part of a multicultural team, welcome guests from around the world and deliver the high standards of safety and service Etihad is known for.

What we’re looking for

• At least 21 years old

• At least 163cm tall

• A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)

• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)

• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform

• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle

• Guest-focused, with a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences

What you’ll earn

Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster.

• Economy → Business Class from 12 months

• Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months

• Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months
